Sake Jelly shots

“IKEZO”, is a sparking, sake-based drink with a jelly-like texture. Each flavor has its own unique deliciousness along with supplements good for your skin. PEACH has a mellow, sweet flavor with refreshing acidity and contains ceramide. MIXED BERRY is very fruity and mildly sweet with three berry flavors-blueberry, cranberry and strawberry. These sweet sparkling drinks makes a great alternative to dessert – think of it as the Japanese take on jelly shots. 

Basically, each can has lightly sparkling sake set in plant-based jelly. You need to give the can a good shake, for at least like 10 seconds to break up the jelly, then crack it open and enjoy! The result is a lightly sparkling, very fruity but not too sweet, delicious and fun sake treat. The texture is similar to an aloe drink or a Mogu Mogu.

I know, by the looks of them, these should be cloyingly sweet and too candy-like to be called an alcoholic beverage. BUT THEY'RE NOT AT ALL! The flavours ring true.

Plant-based jelly. Made with real fruit juice. Lightly sparkling.  5.5% abv so they're easy breezy!
